Claude is a multi-talented and versatile artist with a passion for both visual arts and theatre tech. Whether it’s through a ceramic piece or an elaborate set, Claude explores the art of storytelling through different mediums.

In the realm of visual arts, Claude uses bright colors in their printmaking pieces to showcase central themes in their life–third culture background, childhood, transgenderhood, and dissociation–from a light-hearted approach. They are a self-taught photographer who captures details of their friends and daily life to help their memory. They love utilizing double exposure and overlaying photos to represent the blurriness and chaos of ephemeral experiences.

Yet, Claude doesn’t confine their creativity to visual arts alone. As a budding theatre tech professional, Claude has worked in every corner of the theatre imaginable. From the scene shop to behind the light and sound boards, Claude can also be found breathing life into a theatrical masterpiece.

With a toolbox of skills, Claude is on a mission to create immersive experiences that convey personal stories which resonate with audiences.
